The development team are not only programmers with extensive experience in the cloud, for them the cloud is the limit so they seek new challenges and innovative technologies, such as cloud native applications, automated testing, infrastructure as code, functions as a service, among others. Learning and development are broad fields that we at Nubity want to take advantage of.

Teamwork

We take work to another level with teams that collaborate from all over the world, with the objective of giving employees the freedom to develop professionally from the place in the world that best suits them. We keep communication always open, so that even if the teams are decentralized, we can always count on a colleague to support us on the other side of the keyboard.

We hold meetings and celebrate individual successes together, trying to give each member the relevance he or she deserves in his or her field.

Team wellbeing

One of the factors that make Nubity a great workspace, is the relationship between work and personal life, as we always try to maintain a balance, providing facilities for everyone to have their personal space intact. From days off for study, maternity/paternity days, to more vacations than the law requires*.
